Ben Pote is the founder of Wildacre Rotisserie. Prior to opening Wildacre, Ben spent 15 years in the food and beverage industry cooking, learning, and problem-solving for companies like Starbucks, Sweetgreen and Souvla. He oversees strategic direction and menu innovation for the restaurant, and is passionate about creating a space where people love to eat and people love to work.
